No producer count, household figure, shipment volume or revenue statement appears on this site until it has been independently verified and the method behind it can be published alongside it. Where such a figure would ordinarily sit, this site says the figure is pending rather than filling the space.
Company documents move through upload, scanning and verification before they are eligible for public display. A document that is pending verification is labelled as pending. Nothing is presented as held, current or verified ahead of the fact.
A figure shown before a quotation is a display value for orientation. Freight, duties, destination charges and the effect of volume are settled in the written quotation, which is the only authoritative commercial document.
A producer appears by name on this site only where that producer has agreed to be named. Commercial terms between ExipoGlobal and a producer are not published, because doing so would weaken that producer's position with other buyers.
Paid, allocated and outstanding are distinct facts and are displayed distinctly. When a shipment cannot be released, the unmet condition is named rather than the order being described vaguely as in progress.
An estimate presented as a fact is worse than an acknowledged uncertainty. Where a date or an outcome is genuinely unknown, the answer will be that it is unknown, together with when it is expected to be known.
